#### Who did you help over the past fortnight?
* The RAM team - as project meetings are becoming more frequent.
* AR joined the RAM meeting yesterday - hope it was useful!
* MBA students from JBS working on IceNet route to market project.
* JG chat about impact at Turing.

#### Who helped you over the past fortnight?
* Also, the RAM team - bouncing off ideas!
* NG - plans to help from the Partnerships with equadratures & potentially other RAs.


#### What did you achieve?
* Had a chat with OS from REG about DyME - agreed to coordinate REG & RAM plans. I'm now invited to weekly stand-up meetings.
* Supported JD in creating a RAM plan for equadratures - joined a meeting with the PI.
* Supported AC in prep for SPARRA engagement & had a chat with AD about the Health Theme Impact outputs.
* Facilitator training for DSG.
* Had a chat with Sarah about our mentorship plans for 2022 (& facilitated the Lab chat about mentorship & goatherding experiences).
* Pitched first vision of Research Application Showcase plan to closest colleagues.
* Joined the EAB for the Exeter Uni CDT in EI. 🎉

#### What did you struggle with?
* There's just lots to do - so many back to back meetings - plus the DSG is ramping up.

#### What would you like to work on next week?
* DSG
* Attend my first DyME meeting and start to scope out engagement
* Attend RADDISH meeting and progress planning for the workshop
* Exeter Uni CDT EAB meeting
* ASG MB meeting

#### Where do you need help from Kirstie?
* I had a chat with MBA students this morning about what pathways to commercial sustainability we promoted at Turing. I'd love to chat with you about this.
