Removes [xmldom](https://github.com/xmldom/xmldom). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [xmldom](https://github.com/xmldom/xmldom), [addons-linter](https://github.com/mozilla/addons-linter) and [testem](https://github.com/testem/testem). These dependencies need to be updated together.
