I've tested the windows build by extracting tot for lgd850. I've confirmed that laf.bin checksum is the same as that extracted using another tool.
Hopefully everything should be working.
DON'T USE THE GENERATED FILES UNTILL YOU ARE SURE THEY ARE FINE.
