Created a new sql file named hello_world.hs that contains a simple "Hello, World!" program. The program demonstrates the basic syntax of sql and outputs "Hello, World!" to the console. Please review and merge this PR. If everything looks good, kindly add the Hacktoberfest-accepted label to help this contribution count toward Hacktoberfest.
