Ingestion Request: workshop updates for COLING 2025 #4557
Comments
Please note that if papers were added in, they need to be added to the end, because Anthology IDs are assigned in order and we cannot change them for a paper once published. Can you confirm that this is the case? |
I see. I have remade the two proceedings with added papers and uploaded a new compressed version here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1XTyxcB_7VTGy3Nqh7E7hGumoomH1T0F0/view?usp=drive_link |
Hi @emilyallaway, the loreslm and indonlp both have new papers inserted into the middle of the proceedings. This changes assigned Anthology IDs, which is not permitted. New papers need to be added to the end. Please upload new proceedings and acknowledge that you seen this note about adding papers to the end. |
Hi Matt, the proceedings that I reuploaded at the new link both have the new papers at the end when I download and unzip the file. |
Hi Matt,I uploaded a new version of the proceedings last week. When I download that zip file from the new link I put in the comment I see the papers at the end. Could you tell me where they look wrong? Thanks,EmilyOn Feb 12, 2025, at 12:00 PM, Matt Post ***@***.***> wrote:

Hi Emily—you're right, this was my mistake. I looked at the file name (coling2025_workshops_updates.zip) and thought I'd already downloaded it, but there must have been an earlier (incorrect) file with the same name. I redownloaded and ingested and it looks correct now. Thank you! |
@emilyallaway Can you ask the relevant parties to look at the following previews and confirm all is well? |
Hi Matt, These seem to be the old versions without the added papers. |
You might need to refresh your browser. You can see from the file changes that that there are new papers: https://github.com/acl-org/acl-anthology/pull/4558/files. |

Supporting Information
Several workshops had paper errors that needed to be fixed and papers added in. Apologies!
There is also one workshop that wasn't added to the anthology from the earlier ingestion submissions (RegNLP). I have included it here again.
