Motivation

Fixes #CLI-1157

Proposed changes

Adds missing required parameters in the Jira workflow automation instrumentation. There is no impact on the end-user.

Alternatives considered

NA

Testing steps

  1. Create a new issue in the repo, and check if a linked Jira ticket is automatically created in the CLI project.
