Updates the example to use
flwr runand the Deployment Engine.TODO: decide what to do with Jetson setup guide. We need Python3.9 (minimum inflwr) and the only option to achieve so is to build a custom PyTorch wheel as mentioned in the solution to this post: https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/custom-wheel-for-pytorch-with-more-recent-python-version/311202/3
