Moved workspace config to root package.json and Add expo modules support in sample app.

Description

This PR includes the following changes

1. Removes workspace config from AEPSample app repo and moves it to root package.json
2. Expo CLI integration added in sample app and updated platform flies in aepsampleapp.
3. Updated README to support Expo integration with Bare React Native workflow with Adobe SDKs.

Motivation and Context

Some of our customers want to use Expo SDKs in their projects and this document can provide a working example of such integration.
