- Moved aerospikeCluster code under cluster dir
- Migrated current project layout to go/v4
- Bumped kube-builder, operator-sdk, kustomize to work with go/v4 layout
- Bumped other dependencies like Go, controller-runtime, golangci-lint
- Changed controller cache options as per new controller-runtime breaking changes
- go-lint fixes
