This is an action that pulls a release from a repo, separates the artifacts by type (rpm, deb, jar, etc), and uploads each type as a build on jfrog.
It then bundles these builds as a release bundle also on jfrog.
The action is manually triggerable with the idea that in the future repos can call it remotely with the appropriate parameters.
