Custos Setup Steps

We started our Custos Setup on Jetstream 2 instances. The Jetstream 2 instances don't work well with this setup. We gave a couple of attempts to the Jetstream 2 approach but faced the following issues:-

• Keycloak pods go into CrashBackLoopOff state (1st attempt)
• Vault pods go into CrashBackLoopOff state (2nd attempt)
  To fix these issues and many other issues other teams were facing in Jetstream 2, we started the deployment on Jetstream 1
