这三个指数在前面的接口中无法获得， 我从页面上检查过，确实拿不到。 但实际指数页面是能获得数据的。暂时hardcode写在这里解决一下。

这几个指数在stock_hk_index_spot_em无法获取到，而且从网站上查实也确实没有。但能从指数页面获取，暂时hardcode，加进去。
