Changes to the ION installation page of the docs:

Fixes some failing commands (replacing echo with printf)
Removes dependency on snap
Uses latest nodejs version and adds npm install step on Linux
Changes section order so the CLI is configured before starting bitcoind for the first time
Fixes bitcoin data directory path in ION config file on Testnet
Adds Git install step on Linux
