Product Mission Statement

Our mission is to connect users with the vibrant culture of street vendors by providing a seamless and intuitive platform powered by the Google Maps API. We aim to empower users to effortlessly locate and enjoy authentic street food experiences, fostering a sense of community and discovery within the bustling and diverse culinary landscape of cities worldwide.

User Stories

  1. As a user, I want to be able to view nearby street vendors on a map so that I can easily locate the type of food I want to purchase.
  2. As a user, I want to be able to select a specific type of street food vendor (such as Tacos, Elotes, or Raspados) on the map, so that I can view details about that vendor and the route to reach them.
  3. As a user, I want to be able to view my current location on the map, so that I can understand my proximity to the nearby street vendors.
  4. As a user, I want the option to zoom in and out of the map and refocus on my current location, so that I can have a better understanding of the surrounding area and easily navigate to the desired street vendor.
  5. As a user, I want to be able to view a list of different types of street food vendors (e.g., Tacos, Elotes, Raspados) to select my preferred food option, so that I can quickly find the specific type of food I am craving.
  6. As a user, I want to be provided with a clear and accurate route on the map, so that I can easily navigate to the selected street vendor without getting lost.
  7. As a user, I want to have a user profile creation option, so that I can customize my experience and potentially receive personalized recommendations for street vendors.
  8. As a user, I want the application to be user-friendly and intuitive, so that I can easily navigate through the map and vendor options without any technical difficulties.
  9. As a user, I want to have a visually appealing interface with clear markers and food images on the map, so that I can quickly identify the locations and types of street vendors.
  10. As a user, I want the application to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the street vendors, including their operating hours and any special offerings, to help me plan my visit effectively.
