There is a problem with npm scripts that run another npm scripts
now. For example:
```
"scripts": {
"sc1": "doAnything && ENV=ENV_WE_NEED npm run sc2",
"presc2": "some-work",
"sc2": "some-work",
"postsc2": "some-work",
}
```
sc1 script will be run via global installed npm. But sc2 will be run
via npm@2 (local installed). Sometimes it breaks scripts.
This commit allow to use global npm as local package.
