- Added Latin and Cyrillic layout for Serbian, Bosnian, and Croatian Language
- Adapted Layout file finding system to support one file for multiple languages
- Added settable language Description for all layouts
- adapted all layouts to langDescription property

- added cyrillic and latin layouts for serbia, croatia and bosnia
- added hashes for finding the corresponding file and description for one layout, instead of searching by tag - adapted layout files to new description
