Add support for running the experiments of the paper with pixi

This PR adds support for running the experiments of the paper easily via pixi. If you have MATLAB installed in your machine, you can now the experiments simply with:

git clone https://github.com/ami-iit/paper_bergonti_2022_tro_kinematics-control-morphingcovers
cd paper_bergonti_2022_tro_kinematics-control-morphingcovers
pixi run sim1

pixi run will automatically install casadi-matlab-bindings and mystica at the correct version.
