test: adrv9002: update profiles to new SDK API

The adrv9002 driver was updated to the 68.8.1 API. This patch updates the profiles/streams accordingly...

How has this been tested?

Tested running the unit tests defined for the adrv9002 class.

Test Configuration:

• Hardware: ZynqMP
• OS: Kuiper
