In v4 pytest-html redesigned the html structured which basically makes it impossible for us to place plotly generated plots in HTML reports. Will fix to v3 for now. Signed-off-by: Travis F. Collins <[email protected]>

This PR adds a compatibility layer to support libiio v0.X and v1.X. It includes:
iio-emu support appears broken at this time so its not enabled in CI yet.
