I am a bioinformatician and microbiologist with three years of experience in biological data analysis and laboratory work. Currently, I work at the Laboratory of Genomics and Bioinformatics at the Hirszfeld Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy Polish Academy of Sciences. My main focus is on metagenome analysis of human samples, as well as studies involving tumors and bacterial metabolites. Additionally, I am a member of the Polish Astrobiology Society (PT AstroBio), where I concentrate on metagenomic analysis of the aerobiome. I am seeking opportunities that will allow me to utilize and enhance my skills and knowledge in bioinformatics and molecular biology, contributing to my professional development.

Detection of SNPs in vac6 (wild type and mutant with impaired vacuole inheritance) and vac22 (wild type) strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Data from SRA study number SRP003355 published on 2010-10-12 in the National Center for Biotechnology Information Sequence Read Archive were used. The project used tools such as FastQC, MultiQC, Trimmomatic, bowtie2, SAMTOOLS, The Genome Analysis Toolkit (GATK) and VCFtools.
