Fix code snippets

Changes are for this Asana task.

Summary:

• the order of the code snippets was different between the 2 steps in the Disable download for a video object section
• incorrect comment formatting in the Javascript example in the Disable download for an existing video object section
• Go example snippet was nested inside the Javascript example snippet in the Disable download for an existing video object section
