feat: Add command dropdown to Salesforce documentation

Added a dropdown component to the Salesforce documentation page that allows users to select from 22 available commands. When a command is selected, only its relevant details are displayed.

Changes made:

1. Created a custom dropdown component that displays 22 Salesforce commands grouped into 4 categories
2. Implemented dynamic content display that shows only the relevant details for the selected command
3. Maintained consistent documentation styling and readability
4. Fixed MDX compilation issues and ensured proper component imports
