feat: Added "Licensing Page" Reflecting "MIT Licence"

Issue closes #941

Here's what I did -

1. Added a Dedicated Licensing Page
2. Added styling to it so that it will follow the color theme of website
3. I also added a "back to home" button
4. I Added the navigating link in the footer
