we removed nearly all mentions of Grand in our documentation 4 months ago in #475 @peterupton

the Grand filesystem is no longer available as a mount point for new project dirs, but the Globus endpoint is still active)
The fate of "Grand" is not entirely clear so I'll leave the text as-is for now.
