Description
Bump edge kernel to v6.12 for rockchip 32 bit family.
A minor note to myself mostly: a hunk in the LibreELEC patches that was altering/fixing the HDMI timing has needed to be removed, otherwise the rk322x system was not able to properly connect to HDMI monitor. This is unexpected because those timings have always been there and never caused harm in the past, but perhaps it is due to this; needs some further investigations and testing, but I guess I can reintroduce the timings and the patch from PR 7479 in another form. No need to rush at the moment.
