fix: Use the official community Tuist plugin

Summary

Description: I'm a maintainer of Tuist. We recently implemented an official asdf plugin for Tuist and moved it to the asdf-community organization on GitHub so I'm updating the list to reference the official plugin.

I'm the creator of the previous plugin (cprecioso/asdf-tuist#3), no problem by me. I archived my version. Is there a way to migrate users off my version to this official one?
