1 - Download Derby Bookstore (see 	BookstoreDB_X.X_DerbyX.X.zip  at  http://forge.ow2.org/project/showfiles.php?group_id=196)
2 - Launch derby : BookstoreDB_v2/start.bat
3 - launch webapp with tomcat
4 - open webapp
   http://<host>:<port>/<root>/
   http://<host>:<port>/<root>/book/
