First of all, what is Anemone3DS?

Anemone3DS is a custom Theme and Splashscreen manager for the Nintendo3DS, written in C.

Okay, and who made it?

The three main participants are astronautlevel2, Helloman892 and ZetaDesigns. But that doesn't mean that we did it all on our own! Anemone wouldn't be what it is without all of our other contributors.

Awesome! How can I get it?

Anemone3DS requires a way to access Homebrew Launcher at the least. However, this will only get you custom theme access - you'll need custom firmware to use splashscreens, and CFW comes with the added bonus of giving you full access to your system and protecting you from updates.
