docs(autoware_integration): integration guide improvements

Description

This is a set of (ongoing) recommendations and improvements to the Autoware integration guide based on my own experience integrating Autoware on a robotized vehicle. I believe these changes might make it easier for a new user to use Autoware on their vehicle.

The changes include:
-Improved description of a meta-repository and how to set an autoware meta-repo.
-Clearer explanation of the sample_repository-sample_package relationship and structure.

In-review checklist for the PR reviewers

The Reviewers must check the checkboxes below before approval.

• The PR follows the pull request guidelines.

Post-review checklist for the PR author

The PR author must check the checkboxes below before merging.

• There are no open discussions or they are tracked via tickets.

After all checkboxes are checked, anyone who has write access can merge the PR.
