Files containing special characters where saved as ANSI when changing impersonation, resulting in weird characters in the output files. UTF-8 is now enforced on these writes.

New option to skip the impersonation setting. This prevents errors on deploy agents on which the deployment fails because of some software version issue.

Changes in deploy SSAS: processing of the database is not done with deployment, but in a separate step after deployement.
There are 2 binaries now: one for use in a TFS release prior to TFS 2019. The other one is used for Azure Devops and or TFS 219 and later.

All default options for impersonatin as available in SQL Server are usable when configuring your release.
