Metabase Report
Following is the list of all the reports provided -
Purpose of the report:
The purpose of this report is to have all the information about all the children in the system(Enrolled in Phulwari, Exited from Phulwari, Registered in the system but not enrolled in the Phulwari yet).
Title of Report in Metabase: All Children
Columns (along with logic for columns except for the basic ones):

Logic for data:
This report has the list of all the children that are in the Phulwari program at any point of time or even got registered in the system(baseline is done but not enrolled in Phulwari).
Purpose of the report:
The purpose of this report is to provide a list to user with all the children for them any visit is due(GMP or Albendazole).

Filters:
Visit Type: User can filter based on which visit is scheduled for the children.
Logic for data:
It takes all the cases that are due for any visit(Monthly GMP or Albendazole) as of the date.
Purpose of the report:
Purpose of the report is to have a list of all the falter children between two given dates.

Filters:
Start Date and End Date: Date range in which the user wants to see the faltering children.
Catchment name: User can filter the cases based on which catchment they belong to.
Logic for data:
This report picks all the cases that were marked as Falter during the last Anthropometry Assessment visit in the given date range.
Purpose of the report:
This report is to get all the children list who have not weighed since a given date. For example: List of all the children whose weight has not taken since 01-Jan-19.

Filters:
Catchment name: User can filter by the name of Catchment.
Start Date: This is the date since when user wants to know, the weight has not been taken for the children. This is a mandatory filter. User needs to select the date to see the data.
Logic for data:
This report takes all the cases where the weight has not been taken since the Start date from the filter.
Purpose of the report:
This report shows all the new enrolment done in any Phulwari in a given month.

Filters:
Start Date and End Date: Select the start of month and end of the month in which the user wants to see the newly enrolled children.
Logic for data:
This report takes the list of children that are enrolled in the selected month from the filter.
Purpose of the report:
This report is for tracking the weight gain of children enrolled in Phulwari.

This report takes the list of children that are in the system in the selected date range from the filter and shows their weight gain during the selected date range.

Purpose of the report:
This report provides the data for each user that how much encounters/ enrolments/ registration they have synced from their devices.

Filters:
Start Date and End date: Select the start and end date in which the user wants to see the sync status of users of their organisation.
Logic for data:
This report calculates the data of individual reg, program enrolment and total encounter synced in the selected date range.
Purpose of the report:
This report gives a consolidated number of total children in Phulwari and their weight grade.

This report takes the data of all the children enrolled in the Phulwari in the selected period. and show the count based on their weight grade.
