Does it actually fit into this category tho? The software is not "a Operating system–level virtualization system" but rather a nice web interface to manage docker.

Which fits into the section I linked (the description is a bit reductive, it contains both containerization software and tools to manage them, for example Portainer is listed there)

Basically, anything that is a generic container/deployment automation/virtualization/... tool is better suited for awesome-sysadmin
