This is failing because another typedoc plugin we use (typedoc-plugin-missing-exports) is not yet compatible with the new typedoc release.

The plugin is authored by the same person who owns typedoc so perhaps there's a path forward, however according to this issue, supporting the new version is not straightfowrward: Gerrit0/typedoc-plugin-missing-exports#31
