I think that the error reported from the horizontal alignment check is due to lacking CLOTHOID element. Besides this, the file seems ok with regards to the content provided. Please also list the sprints and/or usages that are supposed to be implemented since that makes it easier to review.

Knowing the recent developments regarding the georeferencing support of the converter, I would encourage regenerating and reuploading the file.
