Update tools and services (#351)

* Remove Pull Panda from Tools and Services

Pull Panda does not allow new sign ups so new members cannot join it. On top of that we have moved to the GitHub integration

* Add Figma to Tools and Services

* Add more information around App Center

* Update information for GitHub

Add GitHub username to support ticket may speed up being added to the internal team and as a result faster access to the iOS repo

* Remove ios-standup as it is archived

* Add Test Rail

* Add clarification for App Center

* Improve GitHub description
