pmsrv: Do not set hostname

This powermanager service sets the hostname but this conflicts with balenaOS so we remove this settings from the configuration file. Confirmed it with the customer that disabling this behavior does not introduce issues for them. Signed-off-by: Florin Sarbu <[email protected]>
