Release for SNAP 8

No major changes compared to version 1.1.0.
Just minor adaptations for the SNAP 8 release.

Improvements:

• Resolve NPE on import of calibrated product data
• Can now open multi-polar data sets
• Name of each product displayed in SNAP is now the product “Input Data Set ID” name rather than just “NovaSAR”
