BioCypher is implemented as a Python library that provides a low-code access point to data processing and ontology manipulation, emphasising the reuse of existing resources to the highest extent possible.
We have begun to open the platform to other bioinformatics ecosystems, starting with R/Bioconductor (https://biocypher.org/r-bioc.html).
