Abandon bluehost org repo and point to new repo at newfold-labs

Proposed changes

Mark this repo as abandoned in composer, remove dependabot file.

This should be the last step before archiving the repo. At this point, we should also update the readme and repo description to link to the updated/new repo.

This PR will follow #1462 (and is branched from that branch). A release will follow that PR being merged and then this PR can be merged and the repo can be archived.
