Ajax-Streaming-Webcam

A simple Javascript project to stream a webcam on the web.

Presentation

A very easy to use plugin to stream a video with password on the web. This plugin transform a webcam video in jpg file and send it regularly with Ajax to the host. Optimized for small config and low bandwidth.

Different modes :

• Flash encodes in JPG and push it to JS. JS send it ;
• Flash push img to JS, JS encodes in JPG and send it ;
• Classical callback in IMG container ;
• Ajax callback in base64 JPG in a DIV Container to avoid caching.

Only 3 files :

• SWF,
• HTML,
• PHP.
