Sometimes is is much more convenient to build and link Optick as a static library instead of shared. This patch adds a CMake option OPTICK_BUILD_STATIC_LIB that can be used to build OptickCore library as a static library. It is turned off by default to prevent any conflicts with existing project generation scripts.
