- Updated test files to initialize 'Upstreams' as empty slices for columns in 'comment_test.go' and 'yaml_test.go'. - Modified 'lineage.go' to correctly append upstream columns as pointers. - Ensured JSON pipeline data includes 'upstreams' as an empty array by default.
