Jolly Rather is a lightweight task prioritization app. It implements the Final Version Perfected method. You make a todo list, and the program asks you to pick between two of the items on the list until you've found the task you want to do most. After you do that task, you do another round of prioritization, followed by another task, until your todo list is finished.
