Goal
Avoid build errors on our ARM macOS servers relating to the eventmachine Ruby Germ, caused by a recent necessary change in how our servers are setup.
Design
The underlying cause is an issue with running on ARM machines and the workaround we had in place has been invalidated. The latest Maze Runner release fixes it again.

ELECTRON_DISABLE_SANDBOXis also set for running the Electron unit tests, to avoid an error causes by Electron on Ubuntu 22.04.Testing
