Added an extra action to make it clear when a workspace was applied. Updated impacted modules.
Also added urls if people want to add the tooling to their own platform.
Also added optimization for module

This new type doesn't have any new functions but has access to all apps when getApps is called (as an interop broker needs to be able to search private and non private apps when trying to resolve an intent).
This also opens up the ability to add additional required functions that are specific to interop brokers if needed.
