Motivation
A compatibility matrix allows users of this chart better understand which version is compatible with the counterpart helm chart (caas-cluster-monitoring), This matrix is a part of the deprecation of the monitoring.cattle.io API group, which will be removed with the v1.4.0 version and the caas cluster monitoring v1.0.0 version.
Additional details
So until we hit 1.4.0 with CaaS Project Monitoring (cpm), we're compatible with CaaS Cluster Monitoring (ccm) < 1.0.0 (not yet released). Once ccm 1.0.0 is released, we update the prometheus CRDs in both charts and move on together with cpm 1.4.0 and ccm 1.0.0 being the new starting point for compatibility.
ccm 1.0.0 should possibly be compatible with the older CRDs, so maybe cpm 1.3.0 versions will still work OK with ccm 1.0.0. But we're not willing to commit to that in the compatibility matrix :)
