update SAP integration docs

Description

• tweaking of the OData connector docs → connector version ~ c8 major.c8 minor.increment
• simplified RFC connector deployment plus connector version ~ c8 major.c8 minor.increment

this PR is in parts applicable to https://github.com/camunda/product-hub/issues/2578
