Problem

some requirements are outdated: pre-commit and black
for gazu.person.get_person_by_full_name we can use the query parameter full_name directly now (instead of trying to split the first and last name). (gazu.person.get_person_by_full_name edge cases #267)

Solution

Upgrade outdated requirements: pre-commit and black
for gazu.person.get_person_by_full_name use the query parameter full_name directly now.
