sys-kernel/asahi-kernel: adjust version to satisfy eclass checks

Skipping kernel-install_pkg_preinst is not an option with merged-usr since that function fixes dangling symlink in /lib/modules/$(uname -r). Signed-off-by: Janne Grunau <[email protected]>
