- Fix minor warnings about const.
- small fixes needed to mix cgi written in C++
- Don't regard partition type=test as OTA.
- Enable OTA_WITH_SEQUENTIAL_WRITES which helps keep WiFi connection robust during OTA :) See Modify the OTA implementation to incrementally erase flash (IDFGH-3250) espressif/esp-idf#5246
